Delivery Information General Catering delivery costs as noted on checkout page. General Catering ONLY delivers to locations within the UK. If you are wanting to place an order and are located outside the UK, please contact us at info@generalcatering.co.uk. Deliveries will arrive in normal working hours (Mon-Fri > 9am-5pm). Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive. General Catering cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes. When ordering items, you must ensure the equipment will fit into your premises. Standard delivery will be to 'kerbside' only. This means you must make your own arrangements to get the equipment inside your premises and positioned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure access through doorways is possible, and that sufficient space is available for the equipment in its final position. There are other payment options available if you wish further assistance with installation. If products are out of stock, you will be notified at the email address you provided upon registration and you will have the option of a refund for that specific item or an option to wait for the items to arrive back in stock (you will be notified when the items are due back in stock on the email). This will rarely happen as all items out of stock are specified on our website. Dispatch Information All standard deliveries will be dispatched so your order arrives within the timescales stated above. All Next Day Courier orders need to be placed before 11.00am to be delivered for the next day (please call to place these orders). If your order is placed after 11.00am, it will be despatched using the courier for next day delivery the following day. Please note that our couriers do not deliver on saturdays and if an order is placed on friday, you will receive the order on monday. |
