Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Should you wish to speak to a real live person we accept transactions over the telephone with credit and debit cards (call us on 01302 340742). If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. Should you decide the equipment is not what you require and is unused and undamaged we will acccept the items back into our stock, but please note there will be a 20% restocking charge.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchasing your item(s). If you decide to cancel your order before we have dispatched the item, we will gladly refund your money. If your order has been dispatched, you must wait until arrival of your order and return the item(s) unused within 7 days and we will provide a refund, but there will be a 20% restocking charge. Please remember if you receive your order and decide to cancel ALL items MUST NOT have been used and be returned in their original packaging.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Please see the delivery section of this website for more details.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
