The Red One range offers the best, no frills value catering equipment money can buy. The warranty offered on this range is also simple and no frills to keep costs down so you get more for your money.

All Red One branded products carry one year back to base warranty which excludes damage due to misuse and does not include bulbs or glass. Any items under warranty, should a fault occur, must be returned to Red One's workshop for repair.

Prior to returning equipment you must contact Red One for a return authorisation form. This must be completed and a returns number obtained before the returned goods will be accepted. All goods must be clearly marked with the returns detail.
