Thanks to its patented system, a flow of hot air provides an unvarying distribution of heat, preventing the product from drying out and removing the barrier of cold air that would insulate the product in a static oven. Because of this you can bake at lower temperatures, saving energy and obtaining a more fragrant and crispy pizza.
