Mithiko Pizza Oven

The Mithiko Pizza Oven is a convection oven, with 3 levels, electronic controls for temperatures up to 450deg C and two fan motors (one on the top and one on the bottom) for uniform fast cooking. It is easy, thanks to the double cylinder system (worldwide patented), to transform from a conventional oven to a superoven that makes fresh pizza in less than 90 seconds. All this with the appearance and taste normally only achieved with a wood-fired oven.
